Important Announcement

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all classes have limited space and are required by NYS to be accessible by appointment only. If you are a current student, please call either the Selden or Bellmore dojo to make an appointment for class. If you are not a student and are interested in classes, please call one of our locations, or email kyoshi@tai-zen.org for more information.

According to NYS reopening guidelines, to enter the dojo you must adhere to the following:

  • Wear 2 or 3 ply surgical mask that covers both your nose and mouth at all times.
  • Maintain a six foot distance from others.
  • Fill out a COVID-19 screening form.
  • Clean your hands with the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance. If your hands are visibly soiled, they must be washed with soap and water prior to entering the dojo.
